About the Artist: Stanislavs Vilums
Born in 1968 in Rēzekne, Latvia, Stanislavs has dedicated his life to ceramics since 1990. Trained as an art ceramist and master of folk crafts (TDM, 2000), he is a pioneer in reduced firing. His works are exhibited internationally in Latvia, Norway, Germany, and Australia, preserving Latvian heritage through natural processes.
Cukrasáta: Where Tradition Becomes Art
In Latvia's peaceful countryside, Stanislavs and Solvita revive old traditions. The cup is shaped on the potter's wheel, fired in reduced flame for a unique finish that dances with life – including a subtle smoky scent like freshly ground milk or new leather, fading over time for authentic charm.
Maintenance: Keep Your Cup in Top Shape
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the authentic quality. Treated with edible olive oil for natural water resistance. Dishwasher safe at low temperatures, but avoid high heat to protect the finish.
Purchase Confidence

- 1 year warranty and 2 years right of complaint.
